Information released

Telephony System

Question 1:

What is your current telephony system?

Response:

I can confirm that ONR currently uses the system manufactured by Unify.

Response to all other questions:

The ONR became a Public Corporation on 1st April 2014. ONR receives IT and telephone services through a Service Management Agreement (SMA) with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) who contracts the services from Sopra Steria.

The contract and relationship management with Sopra Steria partners is managed by HSE's Information Technology & Facilities (ITF) team.

I can confirm that ONR does not hold any information regarding the IT and telephone services provided by Sopra Steria through HSE.

You may wish to contact HSE who may hold this information.
