Could ONR list for each of the past ten years which of the Freedom of information requests made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 have been passed on to the Cabinet Office 'Clearing House' for Freedom of Information for evaluation as part of the response process; and if ONR will list in each case this happened the reason for the referral to the Clearing House?

I can confirm that under Section 1 of the FOIA we do hold information pertinent to your request. We have undertaken a thorough search of our document management system and have identified one FOI request response that was shared with the Cabinet Office in September 2018. This was shared following advice from other government departments who had received identical requests, in relation to the impact of a “no deal” EU Exit. The Cabinet Office did not provide any advice or guidance on our response which can be found on our website.
