By paper forms - I mean forms like this one for example: https://www.onr.org.uk/cnss/ocnsil.pdf - which has to be printed out from a PDF/Word document and then sent across rather than going through a digital medium.

With regards to CRM - please define this as Customer Relationship Management Solution - where all data on your customers is fed into.

    We have conducted a thorough search of our document systems and we can confirm that under Section 1 of the FOIA we do not hold the information requested in question 1.

    We do not record this information as the forms described could be received by anyone in ONR.We can confirm that under Section 1 of the FOIA we do hold the information requested in questions 2-10. Please find a response to each of your questions in turn below.

  2. Current existing supplier for digital applications/forms on your website?

    All of our digital forms are produced in-house.

  3. Current existing supplier for your CRM?

    Access Intelligence Media Comms provides the software Vuelio which is a stakeholder management software. This aids our work in relation to media and stakeholder services.

  4. Current spend for both of the above softwares?

    Our current spend including VAT is £65,282.80 

  5. Whether the organisation uses any 3rd party contractors to assist with this?

    No 3rd party suppliers are used.

  6. Start date of contracts with Technology suppliers?

    5  August 2019

  7. End date of contracts with Technology suppliers?

    July 2021

  8. Is there an extension clause in the contracts with digital suppliers and, if so, the duration of the extension?

    The contract was let via G-Cloud, we therefore have the option to extend the contract for up to 12 months on 2 occasions.

  9. Has a decision been made yet on whether the contracts are being either extended or renewed?

    We have not confirmed if we will extend at this point, but it is likely that we will extend the contract for 12 months.

  10. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for these contracts?

    The contract is managed by ONR’s Head of Communications.
