Information requested
We refer to the recent (29.4.24) publication of ONR Project Assessment Report “Proportionate reassessment of an application by Sizewell C Limited for a nuclear site licence”. This recommends “that the ONR Chief Nuclear Inspector grants a nuclear site licence to Sizewell C Ltd to construct and operate a twin EPR™ nuclear power station at Sizewell in Suffolk”. Your website at https://www.onr.org.uk/our-work/what-we-regulate/new-reactors/licensing-of-new-reactors/sizewell-c/ confirms that “a nuclear site licence has been granted, coming into effect from 7 May 2024”. However, we cannot see the licence itself on your website.
Please could you advise where we might find it; or if it is not published on the website, please send a copy of the licence under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
