We confirm that under s.1 of the FOIA, we hold the information you have requested. However, we refer you to our response to request reference FOI202402060, whereby we advised that the entirety of the Westinghouse report APP-GW-G1-011, Rev. 7 was considered commercially sensitive and set out our reasons for using the s.43 Commercial interests exemption. As the Table of Contents forms part of the report, our response still stands and we are unable to provide you with the information you have requested.
