I wish to make a new Freedom of Information Act disclosure request.

1. In the 12 months up to today's date, how many staff on Temporary Duties Addition (or simply temporary duties in a more senior role) have automatically transitioned to the 'new' role without fair and open competition? 
2. What is the average salary of those who have moved to a role that they were on temporarily initially, to a permanent basis without open and fair competition (such as the Technical Director)?
3. How many staff have been in a temporary role (TDA or otherwise) for more than 1 year?

Question 1

There have been no individuals who have been promoted to a new role from Temporary Duties Addition (TDA) without going through ONR’s standard processes.

Question 2

The answer is nil. See our response to question one.

Question 3

As of 1 July 2024, ONR has five individuals that have been on TDA for more than one year.
