I am keen to understand how tax payers money if being used on IT within your organisation, and who is responsible for the spends and departments. Could you please advise what your IT budget looks like for the coming financial year and who would be responsible for each of the below key IT roles?

With regards to your question about the upcoming years’ IT budget, we do not hold this information. This is because the budget and priorities for 2025/26 have not yet been agreed and approved by the ONR Board, which we expect to happen before the end of the financial year (31 March 2025). Should you wish to write to us following the aforementioned period, we should be in a better position to respond to your request.
With regards to your question about IT roles within ONR, we refer you to our publicly available Senior Leadership structure page which details the senior roles within each directorate.
For ease, we have amended the table below to show where individual senior leaders have overall responsibility for the equivalent roles that have been requested. This has been done either because there is no such role within ONR, or because the person in the role falls below director level. Under s.40(2) of the FOIA, the release of this type of information could identify an individual directly and is therefore exempt from disclosure.
