Key Findings, Inspector's Opinions and Reasons for Judgements Made
Based on the evidence presented during the inspection in my opinion GE Healthcare Ltd’s arrangements for compliance with the requirements of LC32 & 34 are adequate. Additionally the implementation of these arrangements is adequate, however I did identify a minor shortfall with the requirements of LC32 which I will follow up through my routine regulatory engagement with the licensee.
Conclusion of Intervention
Radioactive waste management at the Grove Centre is compliant with the requirements of the nuclear site licence.
