Key Findings, Inspector's Opinions and Reasons for Judgements Made

From the documentation sampled and the areas inspected, I found that HNA’s implementation of their LC4, 5, 8, 25, 32 and 34 arrangements for the control of radioactive materials and waste was adequate.

Conclusion of Intervention

I judged that HNA’s implementation of their LC4, 5, 8, 25, 32, and 34  arrangements for the control of radioactive materials and waste was adequate in the areas inspected and that during these inspections I did not identify any significant regulatory concerns.
