Purpose of Intervention
These Licence Compliance Inspections were carried out as part of a series of planned inspections for the Hunterston A (HNA) decommissioning site during 2021/22.
Interventions Carried Out by ONR
I carried out Licence Compliance inspections on HNA’s Licence Condition (LC) 7, 11, and 26 arrangements and their implementation. I also held an update meeting with the HNA Safety Representatives.

Key Findings, Inspector's Opinions and Reasons for Judgements Made
From the documentation examined and the areas inspected, I found that HNA’s implementation of its LC 7 (Incidents), 11 (Emergency arrangements), and 26 (Control & supervision of operations) arrangements was adequate.
Conclusion of Intervention
I judged that HNA’s implementation of its LC7, 11, and 26 arrangements as adequate in the areas inspected and I did not identify any significant regulatory concerns.
