Explanation of Judgement if Safety System Not Judged to be Adequate
Not applicable.
Key Findings, Inspector's Opinions and Reasons for Judgements Made
My overall assessment was that RRSL ensures that fire safety is taken seriously, and that a clear understanding of the requirements to ensure continued compliance with the Fire Safety Order 2005 was adequately demonstrated. RRSL has identified and prioritised fire at an appropriate risk level within the facilities inspected, and throughout the inspection, all of those that I had contact with demonstrated an enthusiastic focus, support and attention to life fire safety requirements.
Conclusion of Intervention
No matters of regulatory concern were identified, and my judgement is that RRSL are compliant with the regulatory requirements of the Fire Safety Order 2005, and that no ongoing regulatory action is required at this time, therefore, I have rated the outcome of this inspection as GREEN.
