Key findings, inspector's opinions and reasons for judgement made
The inspector reviewed a range of topics and identified a number of examples of the dutyholder meeting relevant good practice in reducing risk to levels that are ALARP, including Radiation Awareness Training, Security and Contingency/Emergency plans and Transport Documentation.
Conclusion
The inspector identified three non-compliance and discussed this during the inspection, relating to Radiation Risk Assessments, Emergency Plans and Security Plans.
These non-compliances should be rectified by the 12th May 2023
