Key findings, inspector's opinions and reasons for judgement made
The inspector identified a number of areas where the dutyholder meet good practice such as the provision of local rules, ensuring staff have safety and function specific training, and having contingency/emergency plans.
Conclusion
Whilst the inspector identified several non-compliances, these were judged to be minor and resolvable. As the dutyholder is in the process of reorganisation, a Level 4 Regulatory Issue has been raised containing these non-compliances.
The dutyholder should respond with a plan to resolve the non-compliances by the 27th April 2023.
