Key findings, inspector's opinions and reasons for judgement made
The inspector reviewed a range of topics and identified a number of examples of the dutyholder meeting relevant good practice in reducing risk to levels that are ALARP, including Radiation Risk Assessment, Local Rules, Radiation Awareness Training, Security and Contingency plans.
Conclusion
The inspector identified a single minor non-compliances relating to document management, a Level 4 Regulatory Issue has been raised containing this non-compliances.
The dutyholder should respond with a plan to resolve the non-compliance by the 5th June 2023.
