Key findings, inspector's opinions and reasons for judgement made
I was satisfied with the experience demonstrated, processes referenced and judgements made by station in relation to LC28 from a structural integrity perspective and I judge that the station were compliant with their arrangements to meet LC28 during the time of the inspection.
We noted some aspects to follow up which will be reviewed in the follow up assessment report. In particular, it was reported by station there is currently no corrosion coordinator in place, which is a requirement under their arrangements. At the time of our visit no internal vessel inspections (metallic components) had been performed, so this will also be followed up to determine appropriate sentencing of any non-conformances.
Conclusion
I judged the site demonstrated compliance with LC28 during the activities sampled during our site visit, I have therefore rated the inspection green.
