Key findings, inspector's opinions and reasons for judgement made

The inspector reviewed a range of topics and identified a number of examples of the duty holder meeting relevant good practice in reducing risk to levels that are ALARP, including Management Arrangements, Vehicle requirements, Training, Contingency plans and Transport Documentation.
The inspector identified two areas of non-compliance and discussed these during the inspection. This was associated with Radiation Risk Assessments and Emergency/Contingency plans

The inspector identified two non-compliances and discussed these during the inspection, relating to Radiation Risk Assessments and Emergency/Contingency plans.
 
This non-compliance should be rectified by the dutyholder by 11 March 2023.
