Key findings, inspector's opinions and reasons for judgement made

The inspector reviewed a range of topics and identified a number of examples of Aurora meeting relevant good practice in reducing risk to levels that are ALARP, including appropriate transport Radiation Risk Assessments, contingency plans, appointment of Radiation Protection Advisers (RPAs) and Dangerous Goods Safety Advisers (DGSAs), transport documents, transport package certification, training and DGSA annual report.

No non-compliances were identified, however, the inspector gave some advice during the inspection that related to improvements to Aurora's transport compliance arrangements, in line with relevant good practice.

This inspection was held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
