Information requested

I wish to make a request for disclosure of information, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act.

Please disclose the following information:

1. An all-staff conference was held in June 2024, in St George's Hall Liverpool, where staff enjoyed a lunch time performance from a string quartet. Please provide details of the cost of the event, including staff travel and accommodation, and the total staff wages for the day.
2. Please provide details of the day.
3. Please confirm whether the CEO asked for one word feedback on the day from staff, using a phone based system, and that he ignored and deleted comments that he found negative, including that the event was a huge waste of money.
