Our annual stakeholder survey has just been launched, and once again, we’d like to hear from you on what we’re doing well and what we could do better.
Two years ago we ran our first ever stakeholder survey and asked for your honest views, from how effective we were and how we engaged, to how consistent we were across our regulatory activities. We also asked about your confidence in our regulation of the industry. You described us as professional and fair, but said we had work to do on proportionality and consistency.
We are making good progress in those areas you said we needed to improve and our follow up survey last year showed your confidence in us increased by 30%.
This year’s survey, is again being conducted independently by YouGov, and this year we’ve invited around 1,200 of our stakeholders to take part. Whether you engage regularly with us or perhaps observe our work from afar, if YouGov have approached you, please take this opportunity to have your say and shape the future of ONR.
