As part of our commitment to provide information, guidance and support that is easy to access and understand, we are refreshing our website.
A clear, accessible and modern website will help us provide a streamlined, easy to navigate service to all visitors to the site. To achieve this, we’re asking our users to help us see what works well on the site and where we can focus our improvements further.
The types of information available through our website won’t change with the update, but the way it’s presented will. We need your input to make it as easy as possible for users to find what they’re looking for.
Rachel Grant, ONR’s Director of Policy and Communications, says: “Updating our website is a big step forward in our ambitions to modernise our engagement. The way we share information is an opportunity to showcase our commitment to openness and transparency. For many of our stakeholders, the website is the face of ONR and the updated site will make it easier for us to effectively engage with the public. Hearing the views of current users will help us realise these ambitions.”
