We confirm that under s.1 of the FOIA, we hold the information relevant to your request, and have answered the request in turn below.
Question 1
No, we do not have an agreement in place for the provision of temporary agency contingent labour. We use Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6160 for the provision of temporary agency contingent labour.
Question 2
No, we use Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6229 for permanent recruitment services.
Question 3
In 2022/23, we recruited five temporary agency staff through recruitment agencies.
Question 4
In 2022/23, we recruited three permanent roles using recruitment agencies.
Question 5
In the financial year 2021/22, we spent £1,031,585 on agency staff.
Question 6
In the financial year 2022/23, we spent £1,652,895 on agency staff.
Question 7
We forecast that the spend for the current financial year (2023/24) will be £952,911 on agency staff. However, please note that as this is a forecasted figure, the actual figure may be different once the financial year has been concluded.
