Key findings, inspector's opinions and reasons for judgement made
The inspector identified a number of examples of the dutyholder meeting relevant good practice in reducing risk to levels that are ALARP, including Local Rules, Radiation Awareness Training, Security and Contingency/Emergency plans and Transport Documentation.
Conclusion
The inspector identified one non-compliance and discussed this during the inspection, relating to Radiation Risk Assessments.
This non-compliance should be rectified by the dutyholder by the 24th April 2023.
