Spot check carried out at the site of Royal Stoke University Hospital, at point of delivery by the company. Delivery of essential Radio-pharma was not interrupted.
I examined the compliance of this transport of Class 7 material including vehicle requirements, transport documentation, and contingency plans. DVSA examined the road worthiness of the vehicle.
Conclusion
Both I and DVSA deemed this as a compliant transport.
