Key findings, inspector’s opinions and reasons for judgement made
The inspector identified that the majority of areas inspected were below the expected standard, however in each individual area the shortfall was minor and could be attributed to a general issue with the overarching management arrangements. The inspector has therefore addressed a number of minor shortfalls in multiple areas under a single regulatory shortfall.
Conclusion
The inspector identified a range of non-compliances and discussed these during the inspection, two specific sets of actions have been identified relating to management arrangements and in-transit storage facilities.
The non-compliances should be rectified, or a plan provided with dates by when they will be rectified, by the 4 December 2023.
